What to Expect at a Sleep Study

We encourage our patients to come and visit our sleep lab before their appointment, in order to feel comfortable. Our state-of-art lab has excellent facilities, and our sleep rooms have queen size beds with comfortable mattresses, TVs, and other amenities. The restroom is right next to the bedrooms. Our sleep lab technician will be there to help you when you arrive. She will take you to your room, and you can change into your nightclothes and get comfortable.

Before you come for your sleep study, please remember to:

  • Avoid Taking any Form of Caffeine or Alcohol before Your Study
  • Try Not to Nap during the Day
  • Bring any Medications you May Need during the Night or the Next Morning
  • Bring all Personal Hygiene Products You May Need (Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Floss, & Brush)
